The District of Columbia doesn't have any U.S. Senators — it's not a state, so it gets no voting representation in the Senate.

DC does have a non-voting delegate in the House of Representatives, and it also elects two "shadow senators" and a "shadow representative" under a local DC law aimed at lobbying for statehood — but these are not members of Congress and have no vote or floor privileges.
